Staff Network

NWAS LGBT+ Network has been active for many years and has recently agreed a new terms of reference as well as the appointment of a new Chair and Deputy Chairperson. It is currently in the process of overhauling it’s communications strategy and methods as well as focusing on trying to get more people involved in the day to day running of the network.

The network will be involved in upcoming diversity and inclusion work through online resources and will be gearing up to the upcoming Pride season.

Additional Support

Support mechanisms include the network itself, occupational health, trained TRiM assessors across the trust as well as freedom to speak up guardians.
