Staff Network

The EMAS LGBT network was set up in 2015 coinciding with the relaunch and formation of the National Ambulance LGBT network as we know it today.

The network is open to all members of staff as well as volunteers and students on placement within the Trust and aims to raise awareness of LGBT issues and provide support and education to the workforce.

Additional Support

EMAS Occupational Health services are provided by PAM Assist. See www.pamgroup.co.uk for contact details or telephone 0115 704 3200 or 0800 882 4102 for 24/7 support.

Peer 2 Peer support is available throughout the Trust from any member of staff wearing the P2P badges. Staff can be referred to LGBT P2P staff via the P2P network if required.

The Trust’s Freedom to Speak Up Guardian can also be contacted for help and advice. The contact is:
