Meet the Committee

The National Ambulance LGBT Network committee is made up from representatives of every NHS Ambulance Service including Scotland and Wales. All our committee members have experience for facilitating LGBT Networks or have specialist skills to draw upon. Tace has worked for the NHS since 2014 originally as a Health Care Support Worker in Singleton hospital in Swansea. He then joined the Welsh Ambulance Service in 2016, originally as an Urgent Care Assistant before moving to frontline serviceĀ in 2017. Before joining the Ambulance service he studied BA (Hons) German (With Business Studies) at Swansea University graduating in 2011. He is tri-lingual (English, Welsh and German).

He attended a Stonewall Cymru Role Model programme at the end of 2016 and, with some other colleagues, got involved with relaunching the WAST LGBT+ Staff network. Then in Febuary 2017 he became a committee member for the National Ambulance LGBT Network. Tace is looking forward to playing an active part in helping the National Ambulance LGBT Network grow.
