Gold Star of Life Awards

In 2018, during our conference, we introduced the Gold Star of Life Awards to recognise people who have contributed to, or inspired, the development of LGBT+ Networks.

Make a Nomination

If you know someone that has made a difference to LGBT staff and/or patients, either locally or nationally, then please let us know. We usually present our Gold Star of Life awards at our annual conference.

Please use the Contact tab and select Nominate Someone for a Gold Star of Life from the drop down menu, and provide the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • Full details of the person you or nominating including their name, role and email address
  • The reason for your nomination
