Dom works alongside Adam Williams in ensuring that NWAS supports its staff as much as possible working with senior officers to ensure representation at recruitments events and positive action days. Dom said, 'NWAS has supported both the National and Local networks from the start. It is great to see our membership growing as a Trust but also the interest in the national group expanding too. The national network is a great place for all of us to learn and grow both as individuals and as networks in a supportive and progressive environment'.
